Nick Nastasi brings more than 27 years of construction expertise to All County, where his leadership, technical skill, and reliability have made him an essential part of the company’s success. Nick began his All County career as a roofing foreman and was quickly promoted thanks to his strong work ethic, deep industry knowledge, and natural ability to lead teams. He now oversees the Exterior Roofing Department, ensuring operations run smoothly and projects meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Throughout his career, Nick has supervised crews across a wide range of construction environments. His OSHA 30 certification reflects his strong commitment to safety and best practices on every job site. Nick has also played a pivotal role in bringing All County into the modern age—improving systems, assisting in multiple departments, and consistently stepping in wherever he’s needed. Known as a dependable multi‑tasker and a true team player, Nick balances professionalism with a great sense of humor, making him both effective and enjoyable to work alongside.

Outside of work, Nick is a licensed six‑pack captain and enjoys spending time on the water. He’s an avid hunter and fisherman and values quality time spent with his family. His blend of experience, integrity, and passion makes him a cornerstone of the All County team.
