Building on that experience, John went on to own and operate his own construction business for 25 years, successfully managing projects, clients, and teams while delivering reliable, high-quality results.

Today, John applies his extensive industry knowledge in his role in Sales at All County, where he helps customers make informed decisions backed by decades of real-world experience. His practical understanding of construction allows him to provide honest guidance and solutions tailored to each client’s needs.
