With over 25 years of hands-on experience in both the field and the office, Jarred Schastny brings a comprehensive understanding of the construction and building industry to his role as Estimating and New Accounts Manager. His career, deeply rooted in a long family history in the trade, has seen him wear many hats—salesman, estimator, foreman, and installer—giving him a unique and well-rounded perspective on every aspect of the job.

Jarred plays a crucial role as the liaison between national builders and installation teams, ensuring projects are executed smoothly, accurately, and efficiently. He’s also responsible for identifying new material protocols and developing internal processes that streamline workflow across departments. His innovative data sheets, job trackers, and scheduling systems have become essential tools for the company, and his ability to lead and train new team members has directly contributed to the company’s sustained growth and success.

In 2024, Jarred was proudly recognized as the Shore Builders Associate Salesperson of the Year, a testament to both his results-driven mindset and his commitment to excellence.

Driven by strong relationships with both clients and coworkers, Jarred believes in doing right by the customer and empowering his team to succeed. His mindset is one of constant learning—attending industry events, embracing new materials, and always refining internal processes to make the business more efficient and future-ready.

Outside of work, Jarred values quality time with his family and enjoys golf, camping, and riding quads. He lives by the philosophy that there’s always more to learn—and that no matter how much experience you have, humility and growth go hand in hand.
