Hank Longo is a highly respected construction executive with nearly six decades of hands-on and leadership experience across residential and commercial construction. He began his career in construction in 1967, building a foundation rooted in craftsmanship, structural excellence, and practical problem-solving.

From 1976 to 1985, Hank worked at Great Adventure as a Carpenter and Millwright, where he played a role in some of the park’s most demanding projects. One of his most notable achievements was serving as the highest erector of Rolling Thunder, a landmark accomplishment that showcased his technical skill, precision, and comfort with complex structural challenges.

Hank transitioned into senior leadership roles at Calton Homes from 1985 to 1995, serving as Superintendent and Vice President of Operations, where he oversaw large-scale residential construction and operational strategy. He continued to expand his leadership portfolio as a Project Manager at SGS / D.R. Horton from 1995 to 1998, followed by executive roles including Vice President of Operations at Breeze Masonry (1999–2003) and Director of Construction at Total Homes (2003–2006).

Since 2006, Hank has served as Vice President of Construction at All County Exteriors, where he is widely regarded as the company’s go-to authority for all things structural. His expertise is considered unmatched, and his calm, solutions-driven approach has made him an invaluable resource across every level of the organization. Beyond technical leadership, Hank is known as a true mentor, generously sharing his knowledge and setting the standard for excellence, safety, and professionalism.
