Bobby “Red” Redwine has been an essential part of All County for 16 years, helping shape the company’s growth and playing a key role in the creation of its Commercial Division. As the Vice President of Commercial, Red leads up to three crews at a time, ensuring projects run smoothly, safely, and with the high standard of quality All County is known for.

Red is highly skilled in all aspects of construction, including windows, doors, decking, siding, and carpentry. His versatility and hands‑on expertise make him a trusted leader on any job site. He holds both OSHA certification and certified lift‑operator credentials, reflecting his commitment to safety and professionalism.

Outside of work, Red is trained in jiu‑jitsu, passionate about fitness, and always working on new building projects at his home. He’s also a devoted dog lover, often talking about his pup with the same pride he brings to his work.
