Al Falabella is the heart and history of All County, bringing over 37 years of dedication, grit, and unmatched expertise to the company. After a brief sabbatical to North Carolina, Al returned full‑time in 1994—and the place hasn’t been the same since.

Al began his journey in the yard as the only yard guy, handling everything that came his way. If All County needed it, Al did it: placing orders, performing maintenance, feeding the donkeys and dogs, ordering materials, completing takeoffs—nothing was outside his wheelhouse. If there were such a title as “Mr. All County,” Al would wear it proudly. All of All County’s secrets? They’re with Al.

Over the years, he served as the Siding Manager before taking over as Operations Manager and the company’s all‑around go‑to guy. Everyone knows Al—mostly because you can hear him from just about anywhere. But beyond the voice, it’s his kindness, reliability, and deep knowledge that make him an irreplaceable part of the team.

Al’s laughter and smile are famously infectious, and when he’s not holding the place together, he’s been known to bartend at the legendary Bottom Drawer Lounge. Just one bit of advice: don’t make him mad.
