Ray Marzarella, Jr. and Ray Marzarella, Sr. started in the roofing and siding business in the 70’s and formally founded All County Aluminum, All County Exterior’s parent company, in 1982. In the beginning, we focused solely on helping local builders and developers with their Roofing and Siding needs. As we did more work, we hired more people, and worked with bigger builders and bigger developers. Ray Jr. is currently President of the All County Family of companies. Ray Sr. is Chairman Emeritus today.

We started in the Home Exterior Remodeling business back in the 80’s and, as that part of our business grew and grew and grew, we formed All County Exteriors in 2000 to focus solely on helping homeowners. Ross joined All County Exteriors in 2003, as VP-Operations, and helped to establish All County Exteriors as NJ’s Premier Home Improvement Company.

Jay Harvey leads the team of Design Team Specialists and Project Consultants who work with homeowners to solve their exterior issues, improve energy efficiency, eliminate or reduce maintenance and design a new exterior look for their homes.

The entire team at All County Exteriors is committed to your complete satisfaction with your new roof, siding, windows, doors, skylights, porches & sunrooms, room and second story additions and gutter systems.

Emma Drinkard is one of the first voices you'll hear at All County Exteriors. She'll answer your phone questions and Contact Us email inquiries. She also schedules customer visits for the Design Specialist and Project Consultant team members, answers their phones and completes reports and projects for the Design and Project Consultant Team and Sales Manager.

Herb is a 4th generation roofer and supervises and trains all the All County Exteriors Roofing teams. He'll visit your home when your contract is complete to review the project details with you and oversee your new roof installation.

Herb has been active in the roofing and construction industry for over 25 years.

David is the Assistant VP - Construction. He oversees the installation of siding, windows and all carpentry aspects of your project.

Dave began his career in siding with Ray Jr. back in the 70’s and joined All County in 2000.

Walt is the "Inside" counterpart to the Outside Construction Managers. He orders and handles materials procurement and project scheduling with the Outside Construction Managers & Teams.

You'll speak to Walt when it′s time to schedule your construction team for your exterior renovation project.

Mike is the Service Manager and handles all Warranty service issues. He will visit your home & walk through, over, around your siding & trim and on your roof to see everything that may need attention.

Mike will arrange for service or warranty issues to be handled immediately.

The Operations Team makes sure your project, as outlined with your Project Consultant and reviewed with our Outside Construction Manager will be completed on time.  (See a step-by-step outline of What to Expect working with All County Exteriors)

Debbie answers all our phones and can find us wherever we are. Pati handles customer interactions for contracts and permits.

Ross manages all the All County Exteriors teams, including all day-to-day operations and customer interactions. Jane handles advertising, communications, collateral development and manages this website.
