2010 Squared Sweepstakes Rules

All County Exteriors, LLC is sponsoring the following promotion:

1. Complete a Free Drawing entry online at www.allcountyexteriors.com. This form is your entry in the random drawing to be held no later than January 15, 2010. No purchase is necessary to participate in this promotion, and you do not have to submit to a sales presentation.  Purchase will not improve your changes of winning.  The entry must be completed in its entirety (providing inaccurate information in a required field(s) will make the entry invalid), you must own your own home, be over the age of 18, and reside in our geographical area to be eligible. Only one entry per household will be entered. If you elect to purchase products from All County Exteriors, LLC prior to the drawing, you are still eligible for the drawing, and if you win, the purchase price will be refunded up to the retail value of the prize. . ALL COUNTY EXTERIORS, LLC reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate this promotion without notice at any time. .ALL COUNTY EXTERIORS, LLC is not responsible for any illegible, misplaced, damaged or late entries. The address listed on each entry form must be the address where the prize is to be installed if such entry is selected as a winner. The winner will be notified by email within 15 days of the drawing. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

2. Contest ends no later than December 31, 2009. Winners will be selected in a random drawing. Winners will be notified by email and/or mail. The winner must claim the prize within 30 days of receipt of notice. Order must be placed within thirty (30) days and must accept installation within six (6) months of the date of the drawing (January 15, 2010). All County Exteriors, LLC reserves the right to hold additional drawings at an earlier date, which will increase the odds of winning.

3. The 2010 squared prize will be awarded. Odds of winning are based upon the number of entries received. Description: Winner receives 2010 square feet of Alside Charter Oak, full-back, insulated vinyl siding in their choice of standard color, with basic installation from All County Exteriors, LLC or its designees. Only products from All County Exteriors, LLC will be awarded. No cash or credit will be awarded. If the winner has purchased siding from All County Exteriors, LLC since the entry dates (stated above), the retail value of the prize may be refunded or the winner may choose to use the list value of the prize toward the purchase of any All County Exteriors, LLC product(s) (roofing, windows, sunroom, enclosure, addition, doors, etc.). Any costs in excess of retail value of the prizes shall be the sole and exclusive responsibility of the winner.  All options and upgrades are extra and will be an additional change. Installation must be provided by ALL COUNTY EXTERIORS, LLC personnel or ALL COUNTY EXTERIORS, LLC’s designee. Prize subject to availability and may be subject to black-out dates. Installation subject to the terms and conditions of ALL COUNTY EXTERIORS, LLC's standard installation guidelines. All expenses not specifically provided for are the sole responsibility of the winner.  Prizes are not transferable by the winner and must be installed at the address listed on the winning entry form.  All County Exteriors, LLC is a certified, preferred contractor and professionally installs all its products.  Products are backed by company warranty and All County Exteriors, LLC provides a 15 year written workmanship warranty.

4. Sweepstake entrants must be legal residents of New Jersey. Sweepstakes open to owners of single-family dwellings only. Winner must own the home in which the products are to be installed. Winner’s home must be a structure that is in a suitable condition (as determined by ALL COUNTY EXTERIORS, LLC or its designees) for installation of the prize (including compliance with local building codes and regulations), and reside in a geographic area in which ALL COUNTY EXTERIORS, LLC is permitted to install such prize at the winner's location. Commercial structures are not eligible. Employees of All County Exteriors, LLC, affiliated companies and advertising or production companies are not eligible. All federal, state, or local regulations apply.
5. Winner’s home must be in suitable condition for product installation (e.g., no water, mold, structural damage, etc.). Any waterproofing, remediation or other repairs necessary for proper installation (as deemed by ALL COUNTY EXTERIORS, LLC or its designees in their sole discretion) must be performed at owner's expense prior to installation of the products. Installation labor does not include painting, staining, lighting, or removal of current exterior material(s).  No transfers, substitution in prizes or cash will be allowed except by ALL COUNTY EXTERIORS, LLC, who may substitute a prize of equal or greater value in its sole or absolute discretion. Cash value of the prize is deemed to be Seven thousand-five hundred dollars ($7,500). Upon installation of prize, ALL COUNTY EXTERIORS, LLC will be deemed to have awarded the prize to the winner with the winner assuming full ownership and responsibility for the prize. Winner must arrange for prize installation no later than one month (30 days) following the award of the prize and installation must occur and be completed within six months of confirmed notification.
6. The winner must comply with all instructions in the prize notification correspondence, which may include the completion of an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release, as well as have met all of the eligibility requirements set forth within these Rules; otherwise prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. Acceptance or use of a prize constitutes permission for ALL COUNTY EXTERIORS, LLC and its affiliates to use recipients name and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without compensation, unless otherwise prohibited by law.
7. Liability for any applicable taxes, including all federal, state, and local taxes and/or other fees that may apply to prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner will receive a 1099 form from All County Exteriors, LLC and all legal and necessary information will be furnished to the Internal Revenue Service. All expenses not specifically provided for by ALL COUNTY EXTERIORS, LLC in these Rules are the sole responsibility of the winner.
8. Entries that are lost, late, illegible or incomplete for any reason will not be eligible. ALL COUNTY EXTERIORS, LLC reserves the right to modify or terminate this Sweepstakes at any time or disqualify any entry in good faith. In the event of a dispute concerning the identity of the person submitting an entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the winning home is titled.

9. By participating in the promotion, participants agree to release, discharge and hold harmless ALL COUNTY EXTERIORS, LLC, its affiliates, co-branded partners, subsidiaries, retailers, agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents, from any damages which may arise out of participation in the promotion in any way or out of the acceptance, use, misuse or possession of a prize. Acceptance of a prize may require entering a standard contract or purchase order for the goods and services to be provided, as required by state law. This promotion is conducted in English (which will be given its everyday ordinary meaning).
