Project Description:
This Sunroom Addition gives three season living space to a nearly new home in the Fairways, Lakewood, NJ. It is designed to blend perfectly with the existing home, with matched windows, siding, roof, gutters and a new door onto a new patio.
All Counties Role:
- All County Exteriors started with the clients' requirements and generated the sealed design drawings required for the building permit
- The demolition was handled with care, protecting the existing windows and sliding door
- New footers, a new foundation & a new floor were poured to provide the required strength, durability and finish
- All framing, electrical work as well as the exterior and interior finish of this lovely home were completed by our Additions Division
- By matching the siding, floor, windows & door, gutters and trim - the exterior of this lovely home looks like the Sunroom has always been there
- Interior sheetrock, finish carpentry and trim, and painting - complete this lovely project.
