• The project steps included digging footers and building the new foundation for this sunroom, all the framing, all electrical work as well as the exterior and interior finish of this lovely home
• The new Anderson 400 Series® windows are finished in the Terratone color to match the existing home, the exterior siding is Revere Bennington 4" dutch lap in Cedar color which also matches the existing home
• An Anderson Frenchwood® sliding door leads to the existing deck
• The new musket brown soffits are fully vented Wolverine T/4. These soffits were installed with stainless steel trim nails - also in musket brown to provide a complete and finished look
• VELUX® Skylights were added in this sunroom - all interior trim was designed and finished to again match the existing home
• The result is that this contemporary sunroom addition blends in seamlessly with the existing home and provides the home owners with the space they desired and the views of the water that they continually enjoy.
