• The siding color, Monterrey Taupe, is factory pre-finished with a 15-year manufacturer's paint warranty as part of the James Hardie ColorPlus® Collection
• New crisp white low-maintenance AZEK Traditional Trimboard® enhance the exterior look of this home. These trimboards dress out the windows, doors and fascia of the home.
• Pre-formed AZEK Cornerboard® was installed to blend smoothly with the new Cedarmill© siding
• To continue to enhance the look of the home and achieve the "Nantucket" look fly rafters were added to the home
• The chimneys now have a new look with their Cultured Stone® finish. This was completed with Owens Corning Dressed Fieldstone® in the "Bucks County" color (CSV-2030) on both front and rear chimneys.
• In the rear above the living area expansion, chimney cap supports are clad with Cultured Stone® and capped with a slate top.
