ROOFING, GUTTERS AND LEADERS - Project Description:
This home was completely rebuilt as an Extreme Makeover: Home Edition project. All County Exteriors installed traditional roof shingles, raised seam roof sections as well as leaders and gutters.
Extreme Makeover homes are nine month projects that are completed in seven days. All County exteriors provided a 40 person crew and installed all the roofing in 3 hours in order to make this project a success.
Installed elements include:
- Oakridge PRO 30® Black Onyx roof shingles were applied over the bay windows and the entire main roof.
- ATAS Standing Seam metal roofing finished in faux copper covers the wrap around porch and extends down the side of the home.
- White aluminum Gutters and Leaders were installed. The leaders were fitted and formed to adhere to the contours of the trim details of the home.
