COMPLETE MAKEOVER - Project Description:
This contemporary home in Colts Neck, New Jersey, received a complete exterior makeover -- from the roof to the siding to the windows and doors -- which transformed it's exterior appearance. The new windows and doors throughout the home improved its energy efficiency as well. Changes include:
- New GAF Timberline 30 roof in Pewter Grey blend, with the two existing roofing layers removed and repairs completed as necessary
- New Alcoa Structure vinyl siding, with Traditional Supercorners in White
- Beaded Porch Panels were installed in the porch ceiling - they're vented and have the appearance of traditional beadboard
- Fypon® window crossheads add to the exterior finish appearance on all windows in front
- Four new Precision Entry doors were installed - the new front door and transom modernizes the appearance of the front of the home and admits more light into the foyer
- New Fypon® window cross-heads and keystones were added to all windows and above the front door.
