• James Hardie HardiePlank™ fiber cement lap siding in ColorPlus® Navajo Beige covers the second and third story.
• James Hardie offers custom colors, blended by region to reflect the style of the local area.
• HardiePlank™ brand of siding offers up to a 50-year product warranty and your selected ColorPlus® finish is guaranteed for 15 years of beautiful curb appeal.
• Stucco on the original cement block first floor is colored to complement the HardiePlank™ siding.
• AZEK Trimboards® around windows and doors add a crisp design element to the home with low maintenance requirements. The trim comes in crisp white, and does not need painting when installed. If painting to another color is desired, the AZEK® product will hold paint better than wood since it does not absorb moisture.
• The AZEK Trimboard® were hand routed on their edges to add a personalized detail to the trim.
• The Eldorado Limestone veneer continues up the chimney, which is flashed in copper. The copper will weather to a verdigris patina in one-two years, and will last for a lifetime.
